WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON DOES NOT APPEAR IN COURT AS PROMISED?
A Failure to Appear Warrant will be issued for their arrest and they will be considered a fugitive. If the fugitive doesn’t surrender upon forfeiture, the Bail Agency will proceed with legal action to seize and liquidate your collateral.
